ETIP Strategic Sectors Single Company Grant

About this program

The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) is offering the ETIP Strategic Sectors Single Company Grant (CSFA 420-45-0516, NOFO FY26-1), a state-funded program with an estimated $24.8 million available to award up to seven grants ranging from $150,000 to $10,000,000 for single-company projects in strategic sectors. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and must follow the NOFO supplement and include required materials such as the Program Application, schedules, Uniform Grant Application and Budget, Mandatory Disclosure, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, and submission via the DCEO Smartsheet form. Applicants must be pre-qualified to have their application considered (pre-qualification resources are available in DCEO’s learning library), and cost sharing/matching is required; indirect costs are allowed.
