Etruscan Foundation Conservation Fellowship

About this program

The Etruscan Foundation offers a $2,500 Conservation Fellowship to support archaeological conservation treatment, analysis, museum study, or research involving Etruscan and Italic sites and pre-Roman artifacts in the United States or Italy. The award is intended to cover travel, meals, lodging, and ancillary materials, while applicants must secure additional funding for other research expenses. Eligible applicants include U.S., Canadian, and European conservators, students in North American conservation degree programs, and individuals seeking pre-program conservation experience; first-year graduate students and pre-program students must work under an experienced conservator’s supervision. Applications are due March 1 or October 1, and all materials must comply with the Archaeological Institute of America’s Code of Ethics.
