Excellence in Innovation Award

About this program

The SIR Foundation’s Excellence in Innovation Award supports compelling, novel research using emerging methods, devices, procedures, or technologies to improve health outcomes and advance interventional radiology. One recipient will receive complimentary registration, up to $1,000 in travel support, recognition, and an opportunity to present and network at the SIR Annual Scientific Meeting. Applicants must be active SIR members and submit an abstract to the Annual Scientific Meeting by September 25, 2026; the award application is due November 15, 2026.
