Weill Cornell Medicine’s Clinical & Translational Science Center (CTSC) offers an expedited application pathway for externally peer‑reviewed and approved studies, with two tracks: expedited access to patient‑related services (inpatient/outpatient units, nutrition, research ancillary support) and core‑only access to the CTSC General and Molecular Cores. Eligible applicants are investigators with externally peer‑reviewed/funded protocols or IRB‑/IACUC‑approved studies; industry‑sponsored protocols may apply but must include a signed contract. Applications must be submitted via the ePAR system (ctsc.med.cornell.edu/apply), indicate external peer review, include the original grant budget, and upload IRB/IACUC approval letters before CTSC resources can be accessed. Administrative, core director and scientific reviews are typically completed in about five business days; CTSC may cover certain Category A/B research costs while high‑cost services and industry charges require prior approval or sponsor payment, so investigators should contact TREST, the CTSC biostatistician, Research Data Management, or the Research Manager for budgeting assistance.
