Indiana University’s Faculty Research Support Program—External Resubmission provides up to $50,000 for one-year research projects previously submitted to and reviewed by an external agency but not funded, where additional data or proof of concept could strengthen resubmission prospects. Eligible applicants include full-time tenured or tenure-track faculty, clinical faculty, research scientists, and research center directors; lecturers, visiting faculty, postdocs, residents, and emeritus faculty are ineligible. Applications must include the prior proposal, agency reviews and scores, a plan addressing reviewer comments, and required letters of support, with quarterly review deadlines through June 4, 2027.-cmpr
