Finlandia Foundation National Performer of the Year 2027

About this program

Finlandia Foundation National’s Performer of the Year program supports emerging artists whose work advances Finnish and Finnish-American culture by providing national exposure and performance opportunities during the 2027 term (January 1–December 31, 2027). The selected performer receives an $8,000 FFN travel grant for U.S. chapter appearances and must complete at least one recorded performance and seven chapter appearances. Applicants may demonstrate any talent appealing to a broad age range and consistent with FFN’s mission; applications are due October 1, 2026.
