About this program
The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS) Functional Materials Division offers the FMD JEM Best Paper Award to recognize outstanding research published in the Journal of Electronic Materials; the lead author receives a registration waiver to attend the TMS Annual Meeting and accept the award. Papers with online publication dates from July of the previous year through June of the current year are eligible. Any individual, including a JEM editorial board member, may nominate a paper by October 15 using the nomination form and submitting a supporting statement of no more than two pages and a PDF of the paper.
