University of Vermont Medical Center offers a one-year UCNS‑accredited Headache Medicine fellowship providing clinical, research, and advocacy training in adult and pediatric headache care across outpatient and inpatient settings, including procedure-based visits, didactics, scholarly time, and elective rotations overseen by four UCNS‑certified faculty. Fellows gain hands-on experience evaluating, treating, and educating patients and may participate in research and advocacy activities.
