Henry Gray Distinguished Educator Award

The American Association for Anatomy (AAA) offers the Henry Gray Distinguished Educator Award, its highest honor for excellence in human anatomy education across gross anatomy, embryology, histology, and neuroanatomy at undergraduate, graduate, medical, or dental levels. The award includes complimentary registration and up to $2,000 in travel reimbursement to attend the AAA Annual Meeting. Nominees must be current AAA members and full-time or emeritus faculty at accredited colleges or universities; nominators must also be AAA members. Required materials include a nomination form, three recommendation letters, and the nominee’s CV documenting teaching, scholarship, and service, with nominations due October 19, 2026.
