High Five

About this program

The Community Foundation of Central Georgia’s High Five program provides donor-directed grants for unique, tangible nonprofit needs that fall outside an organization’s operating budget, with requests promoted to Foundation donors for funding. Applicants may submit up to three requests annually, totaling no more than $5,000, and projects should be creative, mission-related, timely, and not already purchased. Eligible applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits located in and serving the Foundation’s designated Central Georgia service area; applications are due by 12:00 p.m. on October 14. Funded organizations must submit a donor thank-you letter, impact story, photo, and purchase receipt or invoice by March 1.
