IADR Dianne Rekow Mentoring in Science Award

About this program

The International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (IADR), through its Women in Science Network, offers the Dianne Rekow Mentoring in Science Award to support mentorship of a promising early-career researcher. The annual $10,000 award funds the mentee’s one-year stipend, research expenses, and travel to the IADR General Session & Exhibition; applications are submitted by the mentor, with the 2026 deadline on October 1. Mentors must be active researchers within 10 years of their last academic degree and be IADR and WISN members, while mentees must be IADR members and enrolled as MSc or PhD students or postdoctoral fellows at the time of application.
