The State of Indiana offers a grant to support employers in training and retaining workers for high-demand jobs. The Indiana Employer Training Grant provides reimbursement for occupational skills training, with a focus on priority sectors such as health sciences and advanced manufacturing. To be eligible, employers must offer training programs that are at least 40 hours long and result in a certificate, leading to a wage increase for current employees or a minimum wage of $17 per hour for new hires.
