Indiana Humanities Mini-Grants

About this program

Indiana Humanities offers Mini-Grants of up to $1,000 to support tax-exempt organizations presenting public humanities programs in areas such as history, literature, archaeology, ethics, philosophy, and world cultures. Eligible projects may include workshops, presentations, reading programs, exhibitions, podcasts, and documentaries, and must be completed within one year of notification. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis by the last day of each month, require a 100 percent cash or in-kind match, and projects may begin upon notification. Approximately 50 grants will be awarded in 2026, subject to available funds.
