Breast Cancer Alliance is offering the Exceptional Project Grant to fund creative, innovative research directly related to breast cancer prevention, early detection, treatment or cure, providing $100,000 total for salary and project costs (indirect costs must be included within the $100,000 and are limited to 8% of total direct costs). Proposals may address any subject reasonably related to breast cancer and may include more than one PI. Eligible applicants are clinical investigators and research scientists at any career stage, including postdoctoral fellows; applicants need not be U.S. citizens but the research must be conducted at a U.S. institution. This is a limited submission: institutions may submit up to two LOIs; Cleveland Clinic investigators must submit an internal nomination (one-page project summary and NIH-format biosketch in Word) to the Office of Research Development by 2026-02-05, with invited LOIs to BCA due 2026-03-30 and invited full proposals due 2026-07-17.
