ISN Laboratory Exchange Grant

About this program

The International Society for Neurochemistry (ISN) offers Laboratory Exchange Grants of up to USD 5,000 to support Student and Postdoc members visiting an overseas laboratory for one to approximately three months to acquire skills relevant to their research. Funds cover travel, accommodation, and insurance; host laboratories must cover research expenses and applicants must return to their country of origin after the visit. Applicants must have maintained ISN membership for at least 24 months or published in the Journal of Neurochemistry, remain active members during the visit, and be hosted by an established independent research-group leader abroad. Applications require host and home-supervisor letters, a project description and budget, and are due October 31 for visits during the following calendar year.
