About this program
The International Society of Nephrology (ISN) and The Transplantation Society (TTS) jointly support partnerships that establish new kidney transplant programs and strengthen existing programs in low-resource settings. The program provides structured collaboration and funding through three support levels for up to six years, pairing Emerging Centers with experienced Supporting Centers. Emerging Centers must be located in a World Bank–classified low-, lower-middle-, or upper-middle-income country, and each participating center must have at least one ISN or TTS full member. Applications must meet the STC Program Guidelines and be submitted by October 15.
