ITHS Voucher Awards

About this program

The Institute of Translational Health Sciences (ITHS) offers quarterly Voucher Awards providing in-kind services valued at up to $3,000 to support outstanding translational research. Eligible services include biostatistics, biomedical informatics, research coordination, regulatory and safety monitoring, and clinical research unit support, with vouchers valid for six months. Applicants must be ITHS members at partner institutions in the WWAMI region, including UW, Fred Hutch, and Seattle Children’s; postdoctoral researchers, fellows, research scientists, and investigators—especially early-stage or new investigators—may apply, with one application permitted per investigator. Human or animal research must have approved IRB/IACUC protocols or documented exemption, and deadlines in 2026 are January 7, April 7, July 7, and October 7.
