K-12 Grants

About this program

The Idaho Humanities Council offers K-12 Grants of up to $500 to enhance humanities education, support Idaho teachers, and fund curriculum development or professional development activities such as field trips, workshops, and book purchases. Eligible applicants include Idaho K-12 teachers and schools, as well as Idaho nonprofit organizations or government agencies proposing projects focused on K-12 educators. Projects may run for up to six months, with applications due on the first of each month and decisions issued approximately two weeks after the deadline.
