KAS Undergraduate Student Research Grant

About this program

The Kansas Academy of Science (KAS) offers Student Research Grants to support student-led scientific investigations in any field or location, providing up to $1,500 for undergraduates and up to $2,000 for Master’s and Ph.D. students. Up to eight competitive awards are available each year (three undergraduate, five graduate), and recipients must present their results at the KAS Annual Meeting (registration and meal fees waived). Eligibility is limited to student members of KAS or students whose major advisor is a KAS member.
