About this program
The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development offers the Keystone Special Development Zone Tax Credit to encourage redevelopment of abandoned or deteriorated commercial and industrial properties. The incentive provides tax credits to for-profit businesses that locate and operate in designated Keystone Special Development Zones. Eligible applicants must be for-profit businesses undertaking operations or redevelopment activities within a designated zone. Projects should support the revitalization and productive reuse of former industrial or commercial sites.
