Kishida International Award

About this program

The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE), with support from Japan’s Shin-Norinsha Co., Ltd., offers the Kishida International Award to recognize outstanding contributions to engineering, mechanization, technology education, research, development, consulting, or technology transfer benefiting people outside the United States. The award includes a plaque and a $1,000 cash prize. Nominees must be living ASABE members, regardless of citizenship or residency, whose work has improved food or fiber production, living conditions, or education internationally. Nomination materials must be submitted through ASABE’s awards website by October 31, and recipients must be able and willing to attend ASABE’s Annual International Meeting.
