KPERF Incentive Grant Program 2026-2027

About this program

Kentucky Pharmacy Education and Research Foundation (KPERF), via the Kentucky Pharmacists Association, is offering Incentive Grants to support research, education, and implementation projects that advance patient-centered pharmacy practice in Kentucky (topics include billing/credentialing, chronic disease management, harm reduction, point-of-care testing, immunizations, SDOH, workforce sustainability, and related areas). Applications open July 1, 2026 and are due August 16, 2026; awardees receive funding after signing grant agreements and must complete an interim check-in by February 15, 2027, present a poster at the KPhA Annual Meeting (June 3–5, 2027), and submit a final report by June 30, 2027. Eligible applicants are pharmacists, pharmacy residents, pharmacy technicians, and student pharmacists (students and technicians must include a faculty or pharmacist co‑primary applicant); both primary and co‑primary applicants must have a primary practice site in Kentucky and maintain KPhA membership through project completion. Submit a single PDF (proposal maximum three pages, Times New Roman 11‑pt, 1.5 spacing) including a detailed budget to emily@kphanet.org; grant funds cover direct project costs only (no salaries, indirect costs, or travel).
