Laurance S. Rockefeller Visiting Faculty Fellowships

Princeton University’s University Center for Human Values offers the Laurance S. Rockefeller Visiting Faculty Fellowship for a full academic year of in-residence research and writing on human values in public and private life. The full-time fellowship is open to scholars across the humanities and social sciences and includes a salary of approximately $100,000, library access, and participation in Center seminars and intellectual activities.

Applicants must hold a doctorate or equivalent professional degree and demonstrate a strong publication record; the program is not intended for recent Ph.D. recipients or postdoctoral fellows. Fellows must reside near Princeton or commute to campus daily, and applications require a CV, recent scholarly paper, research statement, and contact information for three referees by October 15, 2026.
