About this program
The American Psychology-Law Society Book Award Committee offers the Lawrence S. Wrightsman Book Award to recognize outstanding scholarly books addressing psychology-and-law issues; the recipient receives a plaque and is invited to present an award address at the AP-LS annual meeting. For 2026, eligibility is limited to edited books published within the two years preceding the conference. Applicants or nominators must submit a letter by November 1, 2026, including publication and author/editor information, and send at least one physical copy of the book; self-nominations are encouraged.
