About this program
Magee‑Womens Research Institute, supported by the Women’s Auxiliary of UPMC Magee‑Womens Hospital and The Clothes Line, funds the MARS (Magee Auxiliary Research Scholar) endowment to provide salary and research support for up to three years to investigators transitioning to independent research careers. The award is aimed at faculty‑level researchers preparing to establish independent investigator programs (MARS Faculty Scholars).
