About this program

The Eye Bank Association of America (EBAA) offers the Mary Jane O’Neill Fellowship to support professional development and advanced learning in eye banking for representatives of active eye banks. Applicants must be managers, executive or medical directors, or experienced technicians/supervisors with decision-making responsibility and permission from their organization to apply. Applications require a CV, organizational support and eye-bank verification letters, two recommendations, a professional headshot, and responses describing eye-banking experience and fellowship goals; fluent English is required. Applications are due October 2, 2026, and selection is contingent on obtaining a U.S. visa in time to attend.
