MASS Timber Assembly

About this program

MassCEC’s MASS Timber Assembly is a 12-month cohort program supporting Massachusetts building teams pursuing mass timber construction, with up to eight teams receiving $40,000 grants, technical assistance, expert workshops, peer learning, and project case-study support. Eligible projects may be new construction, renovations, additions, or hybrid mass timber buildings at any phase, with housing projects required to include at least six units. Applicants must be active Massachusetts project teams including an owner or developer, architect, and general contractor or a commitment to engage one; applications are due August 28, 2026.
