About this program
The McKnight Brain Research Foundation, in partnership with the American Brain Foundation and American Academy of Neurology, offers up to two Clinical Translational Research Scholarships annually for research on cognitive aging and age-related memory loss. Each scholarship provides $65,000 per year for two years, plus $10,000 annually for formal education in clinical research methodology. Applicants must be early-career clinician scientists conducting relevant research, with applications for the 2027 awards due September 10, 2026.
