About this program
Merck Animal Health and the American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF) offer $2,000 scholarships to support veterinary technician students and promote animal health and the veterinary profession. The scholarship is open to students in their final year at an AVMA-accredited veterinary technician school in the United States or Puerto Rico who are in good academic standing. Applications are accepted August 1–31, 2026, with awards distributed during the 2026 fall semester.
