About this program
The Minnesota Historical Society offers Minnesota Historical and Cultural Heritage (Legacy) Grants, a competitive, state-funded program supporting projects that preserve and interpret Minnesota’s history and cultural heritage. Funded through the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund, grants may support work involving historic properties, collections, records, research, and public interpretation.
