About this program

The Missouri 911 Service Board offers ARPA-funded grants for Next Generation 911 (NG911) communications projects that improve or implement 911 systems, consolidate PSAPs, support Text-to-911, enhance emergency services networks, or provide other eligible services. Awards are capped at $250,000 per jurisdiction, with no overall cap for multijurisdictional projects beyond $250,000 per participating jurisdiction, and require a local match and compliance with ARPA reporting requirements.

Eligible applicants include Missouri counties, elected emergency services boards, and the City of Sikeston; joint applications are encouraged. Applicants must have completed the Board’s annual PSAP survey, demonstrate the ability to sustain 911 services after the grant period, and obtain signatures from the appropriate governing body and lead 911 entity.
