About this program
The APA Foundation and APA Division of Diversity and Health Equity offer the MOORE Equity in Mental Health Community Grants Program to support community organizations improving mental health outcomes for young people of color. Grants total $10,000 over two years, contingent on successful completion of the first year, and support innovative programming, awareness efforts, equitable access, or culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health and substance use disorder services. Eligible applicants are community organizations with existing initiatives focused on addressing mental health or substance use disorder inequities among young people of color. Applications are accepted annually from July 1 through August 31.
