About this program

The Mt. Sinai Health Care Foundation provides grant funding for eligible projects aligned with its grantmaking guidelines and serving communities in Greater Cleveland. Priority is given to proposals with sound design, qualified staff, appropriate budgets, measurable outcomes, strong implementation and sustainability plans, and potential to leverage additional resources. Applicants must be IRS-designated 501(c)(3) organizations; individuals and organizations outside this classification are ineligible, and funding generally excludes operating expenses, direct health services, capital costs, scholarships, and other specified purposes. Applicants must contact a Mt. Sinai program officer before submitting through the grant portal; the next deadline is October 1, 2026.
