About this program

The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts offers $60,000–$100,000 Multi-year Program Support grants for organizations’ two-year visual arts programming, including exhibitions, residencies, public art, screenings, performances, lectures, and publications. Funding prioritizes artist-centered organizations supporting experimental, difficult-to-categorize, or under-recognized artists and their creative development. Applicants must submit a three-page narrative, a full one-year operating budget, detailed artist-selection procedures, and an upcoming program schedule covering at least the year following the award; proposals should focus on artists rather than institutional milestones. Organizations must wait one full year after completing a prior grant and submitting its final report before reapplying, and should not apply during major leadership, relocation, or renovation transitions.
