Pennsylvania’s Department of Community and Economic Development offers the Neighborhood Assistance Program Neighborhood Partnership Program (NAP-NPP), a state tax credit initiative that encourages businesses to support projects improving distressed communities. Funding is provided through tax credits for business contributions to eligible community and economic development efforts. Applicants must be nonprofit organizations, including qualified 501(c)(3) organizations, serving eligible distressed areas.
