NetVUE Grants to Individuals for Vocational Exploration

About this program

The Council of Independent Colleges, through NetVUE and with support from Lilly Endowment Inc., offers $5,000–$25,000 grants for individual faculty and staff projects advancing scholarship, pedagogy, leadership, or practice related to vocation in undergraduate education. Funds may support projects conducted over a semester, summer, or academic year, including research, course development, program design, travel, stipends, and materials. Applicants must be full-time employees of NetVUE member institutions and propose innovative projects with clear connections to existing work, planned activities, intended contributions, and an impact assessment strategy. Individuals serving as principal project leaders for institutional NetVUE grants during the same period are ineligible; applications are due October 2, 2026.
