Sponsored by Abbott and administered by the Society for Pediatric Research (SPR), the Nutrition Research Advocate Award honors one child health researcher annually for outstanding contributions to nutrition services research and advancing pediatric health. The recipient receives formal recognition at the PAS Meeting and complimentary meeting registration from SPR. Eligible applicants are child health researchers with a demonstrated commitment to nutrition research excellence and a record of meaningful community contributions; self- and peer nominations are accepted. Nominations, due August 15–September 30, must include a CV, bibliography, detailed nomination letter, and two letters of support.
