The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) is seeking a technical consultant and project manager for its Ocean Innovation Network Opportunity Roadmap, offering up to $150,000 to assess Massachusetts’ ocean climatetech sectors and recommend near-term opportunities to accelerate commercialization and scale businesses.
