ORS/RJOS Young Female Investigator Grant

About this program

The Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS) and Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society (RJOS) offer the Young Female Investigator Grant to support emerging women researchers in orthopaedic research. The award provides $1,000 for travel expenses and complimentary registration to both societies’ 2027 Annual Meetings, where the recipient must attend and present her work at the RJOS meeting. Applicants must be female ORS and/or RJOS members in good standing, including students and post-graduate trainees, and must be first authors of original abstracts ranking among the top 5% of submissions. Applications are due August 31, 2026.
