OTA Patient Mental Health Grant

About this program

The Orthopaedic Trauma Association (OTA) offers Patient Mental Health Grants of up to $5,000 to support development of patient mental and social health resources, including screening and care programs, peer trauma survivor mentoring, and trauma recovery coaching. Proposed initiatives may also receive implementation guidance from OTA Patient Mental Health Committee members. Applicants must designate a principal investigator who is an OTA member in good standing, and institutional matching support is required at twice the requested grant amount. Applications are due August 28, 2026.
