About this program
Colorado Parks and Wildlife’s Outdoor Equity Grant Program offers grants of up to $100,000 for projects that expand equitable access to outdoor recreation, education, conservation, and career training for Colorado youth and families. Eligible applicants include nonprofit and for-profit organizations, schools and school districts, federally recognized tribes, and local governments. Projects must address barriers affecting youth ages 0–25 from traditionally excluded communities, including low-income, racially and ethnically diverse, LGBTQ+, disabled, and American Indian or Native youth. The 2026 Grant Interest Form deadline is June 2, 2026, with selected applicants invited to submit full applications.
