About this program
The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation will award up to five grants of $450,000 over three years to strengthen connections among existing mental health and well-being services for parents and caregivers of children from prenatal through age five. Grants will support partnerships, learning, and evaluation efforts that improve caregiver well-being and access to trusted, community-rooted supports rather than create new programs. Eligible applicants are North Carolina 501(c)(3) nonprofits or fiscally sponsored projects led by trusted community-based organizations with demonstrated relationships with caregivers and at least one partner organization. Applications are due August 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
