About this program
The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation offers up to five three-year grants of $450,000 each to strengthen connections among existing mental health and well-being services for parents and caregivers of children from prenatal stages through age five. Grants will support community-rooted partnerships rather than new programs and include technical assistance for evaluation, shared learning, and policy and practice development. Eligible applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits classified as not private foundations or fiscally sponsored projects, and lead applicants must be trusted community-based organizations with direct relationships with caregivers and at least one partner organization. Applications are due August 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
