Pediatric Pharmacy Association Research Small Grants

About this program

The Pediatric Pharmacy Association (PPA) offers up to two Small Research Grants of $2,000 each to support pharmacist-led research improving the safe and effective use of medications in neonatal and pediatric populations. Funds may cover research-related expenses such as consultant support, IRB fees, supplies, patient reimbursements, and dissemination travel, but not investigator salaries, equipment, or routine operating costs. Applicants must be licensed pharmacists conducting eligible health services research, provide mentor or advisor support, and submit evidence of IRB submission; approval is required before funds are released. Awardees must present their findings at a PPA conference and publish them in a peer-reviewed journal, with applications due September 30 in 2026 and subsequent years.
