Pennsylvania First - Loan

About this program

The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development offers Pennsylvania First loans to support business investment, job creation, market expansion, and economic development projects within the Commonwealth. Eligible applicants include businesses and other for-profit entities, nonprofits, municipalities, public agencies, and economic development authorities. Projects must include new private capital investment at a Pennsylvania location, and awards are competitive, with greater private investment relative to requested assistance strengthening an application.
