About this program
The Pennsylvania Minority Business Development Authority (PMBDA), through the state’s Community and Economic Development program, provides revolving loan fund capitalization to support low-interest lending to businesses owned and operated by ethnic minorities. Awards of up to $400,000 offer extended payment terms to eligible Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and community-based Revolving Loan Funds (RLFs). Applicants must be qualifying legal entities with successful CDFI or community-based RLF programs capable of administering and deploying the funds.
