Pennsylvania Strategic Investments to Enhance Sites Program (PA SITES) Construction Grant

About this program

The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development offers PA SITES Construction Grants and Loans to provide gap financing for infrastructure and other strategic site improvements that attract relocating or expanding businesses. Funding supports projects that reduce development timelines, costs, and risks at competitive business sites across Pennsylvania. Eligible applicants include municipalities, economic and redevelopment authorities, municipal authorities, industrial development agencies, and for-profit organizations. Projects must have all other funding committed, and applications are competitively evaluated based on the amount and sources of non-state matching funds and the applicant’s ability to complete the project.
