Pennsylvania Strategic Investments to Enhance Sites Program (PA SITES) Planning Grant

About this program

The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development offers PA SITES Planning Grants to fund plans or feasibility studies that identify the best economic development, redevelopment, or new development opportunities for prospective sites in Pennsylvania. The program supports efforts to create competitive locations for business relocation or expansion. Eligible applicants include municipalities, economic development organizations, redevelopment and municipal authorities, industrial development agencies, and for-profit organizations. Applicants must have all other project funding committed and are competitively evaluated based on the amount and sources of non-state matching funds.
