About this program
The Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) and ETH Zurich jointly award the Peter Henrici Prize every four years at the International Congress on Industrial and Applied Mathematics (ICIAM) for broad, sustained contributions to applied analysis, numerical analysis, and/or exposition in applied mathematics and scientific computing. The 2027 prize includes $5,000, a certificate, a featured lecture, and reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses. Any member of the scientific community may be nominated, with submissions requiring a nominator’s recommendation letter, the candidate’s CV, and two or three expert letters of support. Nominations are due October 15, 2026.
