Pharos of Alexandria Global Learning Award

About this program

The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) offers the Pharos of Alexandria Global Learning Award to recognize a student member who demonstrates outstanding leadership and engagement at local, national, and/or international levels. The annual award includes an engraved plaque, $1,000, and complimentary registration to ASABE’s Annual International Meeting. Nominees must be enrolled students and ASABE members at the time of nomination, demonstrate a commitment to active ASABE involvement, and be willing to attend the Awards Program. Nominations, including all required materials, are due October 31 annually; the award alternates between undergraduate juniors/seniors in odd-numbered years and graduate students in even-numbered years.
